The Bob XL is one of Century's best selling free standing punch bags.

The Bob XL features a longer torso which creates a much larger striking area for all those body punches and kicks, with a flesh-like feel for realistic training with or without bag gloves.

The base is filled with either sand or water and Bob XL weighs about 270 lbs when filled. There are two height adjustments from 5'6" to 6' tall.
