1. Payment Options
When you buy from us over the phone or by post you can pay
by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard,
Maestro, Switch, Solo and Electron Visa cards. Please note
that for mail orders (whether placed by phone, fax or post)
your card will usually be charged on the day we receive your
order.
If you send your order by post you can also choose to pay by cheque or postal order, made payable to ‘Martial Arts One ’.
2. Product Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate and correct, however while the colour reproduction of our online product images is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur.
3. Size Guide
There is a shrinkage element for ALL 100% cotton goods of approximately 5cm overall.

4. Delivery
Martial Arts One' aim to dispatch your goods on the same day that you make the order (subject to stock availability, of course) but please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Standard deliveries within the UK are made using Royal Mail first class post and the total cost of delivery is calculated during checkout. If your order is urgent, then you also have the option to specify either 48 hour or 24 hour delivery which will incur an extra delivery charge.
Packing & Delivery Costs
The cost of packing and delivering your order is calculated during checkout and is based on the total size and weight of your order.
5. Returns
Cancelling your order
If you change your mind once you've placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions: -
i) If your whole order remains un-dispatched, we'll be happy to cancel it and refund you in full, immediately.
ii) If your order is in or has already been dispatched, then you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing, within 7 working days from the day after you receive the order.
Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will refund you in full within 7 working days (Please allow up to 30 days). Please see the Return Postage Costs section for how to return. The above complies with Section's 9 to 14 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
When you can return something
Any item you buy can be returned (with its original packaging if possible) for refund or exchange within the first 14 days. This service can also be offered for up to three months, at our discretion.
Any item that has been sent to you in error can be returned for replacement or refund within the first three months.
Please note that if you are returning your entire order for any reason you should also include any additional items or gifts that were included with that order.
Return Postage Costs
Martial Arts One do not operate a free returns policy. We therefore strongly recommend that you return your items to us using Royal Mail Compensation Fee Parcel Post and obtain a certificate of posting for your records.
Note: Martial Arts One will not be held liable for the transit loss of any returned items/parcels and we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are not signed for at our warehouse.
You should also note that regretfully, we do not pay the cost of return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Refunds
Where possible all refunds are processed within 7 day of receiving the returned items.
If you paid for your order by credit card, debit card or cheque any refund will be paid directly back into your account. If you paid by postal order or gift voucher you will receive a postal order or vouchers respectively for the refunded value.
7. Replacements
If you return an item for exchange for the same item, another size or colour, or different items of the same value, your replacement will be despatched within 7 days of receipt (subject to availability).
If you want to exchange for items of a higher value the same 7-day period applies but we need you to enclose payment for the difference with your returned item. If the replacement is of lower value we will refund the difference. (NB Generally with credit card or debit card transactions we will refund the full amount and recharge for the new value.)
Sometimes the item you've requested as a replacement will no longer be available. If this happens we will pay back your full purchase price as with any other refund. Occasionally we will replace the item with something else; in this case if the replacement is of lower value we will refund the balance of your original payment.
8. Complaints
Of course we regret it if you feel the need to make a complaint about something we've done (or not done), but if we have caused you any disappointment it's important to us that we find out about it quickly. Hopefully we can put the problem right, or at the very least try to avoid making the same mistake again.
