Size Guide
1. Suits and Clothing
There is a shrinkage element for ALL 100% cotton goods of approximately
5cm overall. Please remember that whilst you can shorten a suit
that is too long, you cannot lengthen a suit that is too short!
Suit sizes are for the HEIGHT of the person, however, if you are
a broad build you may have to choose a suit that is 1 or 2 sizes
larger to accommodate the width

3. Footwear
Martial art shoes are designed to be close fitting, as traditionally
Martial Artists wear the shoes without socks so that the leather
of the shoe moulds to the foot and does not leave the foot when
performing kicks.

4. Protective Bodywear
Please order chest guards using your normal chest size for males,
and cup size for females up to 38C.
The sizing of groin guards relates to the waist measurement. 32
- 34 waist would be equal to a size Large.
